• Yield: 150–200 tons per acre per year (fresh biomass)

⚙️ Processing Method & Required Machinery

1. Dewatering Press
   • Reduces moisture from 70% to approx. 40%
   • Mechanical roller-type press
2. Flash Dryer
   • Brings moisture down to below 15%
   • Uses hot air for rapid drying
3. Pellet Mill
   • Converts dry grass into dense cylindrical pellets
   • Pellet Diameter: Typically 6mm or 8mm
   • Output: 1–5 TPH based on mill size

• Chopped Size: 10–25 mm
• Ensures uniform feeding into hammer mill or mixer
• Optional: Pre-shredding with biomass shredder before pressing/drying
