Mobile Crusher
The Mobile Crusher, branded by GrabsIndia, offers a capacity of 100 tons per hour and is made with Mild Steel and Resist Wear Steel. Designed to handle materials such as coal, sand, rock, and other minerals, it can process input sizes up to 100 mm, reducing them to an output size as low as 3 to 5 mm. Mounted on a heavy-duty trailer, this semi-automatic unit is fully mobile, allowing it to be easily relocated and operational within days. Equipped with a Horizontal Shaft Impact (HSI) crusher, it efficiently utilizes impact energy to produce cubical products with an adjustable size, making it ideal for use in industries like construction, mining, and road building.

Baling Press
The Baling Press for Metal Scrap is designed to compress both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as steel, copper, zinc, aluminum, and iron, into dense blocks for efficient storage, transportation, and recycling. Available in various configurations, including heavy-duty continuous, triple-action, double-action, single-action, mobile, and vertical baling presses, these machines are built to meet specific customer requirements for metal scrap management. Dismantling Work
Servoday successfully managed the dismantling of the AAC block plant at H H Celcon in Westbury, England, with a capacity of 1,400 cubic meters per day and a total plant weight of 4,000 tonnes. The plant, consisting of over 30 synchronized PLC units and approximately 200 units of 40-foot high cubes, was dismantled over a six-month period and relocated to India in containers. The subsequent erection and commissioning in India took two years, highlighting the complexity and scale of the project. This achievement is a testament to Servoday’s expertise in large-scale dismantling and relocation projects.

Edible Oil Refinery

ACP Sheet Stripping Machine
The ACP Sheet Stripping Machine is designed for recycling Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP), with a capacity ranging from 400 to 1000 kg per hour.
